WHAT IS PATIO FLIP?

You have seen it before on landscape makeover TV shows.  A crew comes in and quickly revamps an area of the owner’s home into a beautiful, functional space in a short amount of time. Now YOU can benefit from this same concept! This is a turnkey service- after we have a full understanding of your priorities, ideas and vision, our team creates the fully furnished outdoor living area you’ve been dreaming of.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We will hand select every PATIO FLIP candidate & meet with you to identify your goals, walk through the area you’d like to have us ‘flip’, and discuss your vision, function and style for your space. We will also establish a budget and discuss any design styles, themes and wish list items you want to incorporate.  We work with your existing outdoor area, existing concrete, deck or hardscape to bring new life to your space.  Working with your budget we will revamp your existing patio and reveal the end design patio flip in 2-4 weeks*.

  • Selection and purchase of outdoor furniture & accessories to fit your space

Not all projects will fit the patio flip criteria. Send us an email to get us started.  Typical patio flip costs will range from $5,000-$9,000 depending on the scope and detail of the project.

*Project timelines may vary depending on additional work or contractors that may be needed to complete the project.
